Robert E. Mielnicki, Esquire
Robert E. Mielnicki, Esquire graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 1991, finishing 5th in his class. Prior to graduation he worked as a summer associate at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, a large Pittsburgh firm. He worked as a Public Defender from 1991 to 1995. During that time he handled juvenile proceedings, appeals, drug cases, serious felonies including homicide as well as several post-conviction proceedings. He cannot imagine that he would have gained the same amount of trial experience in the first four years of his career anywhere else. As a Public Defender he gained considerable trial experience which allowed him to make a smooth transition into civil litigation. From 1996 to the present, he has practiced exclusively criminal law and personal injury litigation including civil rights cases. He has handled numerous cases in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has handled cases in Allegheny County, Armstrong County, Blair County, Butler County, Cambria County, Erie County, Fayette County, Greene County, Indiana County,Lancaster County, Lawrence County, Mercer County, Somerset County, Venango County, Washington County, Westmoreland County and Ohio ( Stuebenville).
Attorney Mielnicki has handled numerous automobile accidents, premises liability cases, civil rights cases, products liability cases and he has recently begun taking cases involving allegations of nursing home abuse. He has been consulted as an expert in the area of criminal law, which he continues to practice. He has handled numerous trials, too many preliminary hearings to count, appeals and post-conviction proceedings and juvenile hearings. Recently, he has devoted a large portion of his criminal practice to DUI cases. He has also handled a number of traffic violations and driver's license issues.
Attorney Mielnicki is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and before the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Michael P. Petro, Esquire
Michael P Petro, Esquire graduated in 1995 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Since graduating Attorney Petro has practiced worker's compensation, disability law and family law. From time to time, he handles personal injury cases and traffic violations. He has recently begun to handle cases involving allegations of nursing home abuse. He has handled cases in Allegheny County, Butler County, Center County, Fayette County, Lawrence County, Washington County, Westmoreland County, Washington County and the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has handled a few cases before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Petro is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
"Mike" resides in the South Hills. He has two brothers and one sister who are all doctors. Mike's father is the First Assistant District Attorney for Washington County

Robert A. Seewald, Esquire
Robert A Seewald, Esquire graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in 1969. Since then he has practiced personal injury, criminal law, family law, worker's compensation, disability and drafted numerous contracts for doctors. He has handled numerous cases involving important First Amendment issues. Attorney Seewald believes he has handled cases in nearly every county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has handled cases in Ohio and Virginia.
Attorney Seewald could only guess at how many settlements he has reached in nearly 40 years of handling personal injury cases, a number that might approach 2000.
Attorney Seewald is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
